There are ways of moving that make us stronger, and ways of moving that lead to degeneration and pain. Understanding what makes movement nutritious can help prevent and repair a wide range of health problems (osteo-arthritis, pelvic floor disorder, painful issues with back, shoulders, neck, hips, knees and feet - just to name a few).

There are many reasons why we don't move optimally including stress, cultural beliefs around what's normal and how often we sit in chairs each day. We demonstrate optimal alignment and show you practical ways to move towards that in your everyday life.
